So had first session with personal trainer yesterday. Trying to get fit :|.
He killed himself laugh, I am so unbalanced (physically, but am also mentally, but he can't fix that)
We were doing lunges, which are ok, only instead of creating a wide base for stability, you are creating a narrow one. I couldn't do it without falling over. He eventually got me a body bar (which is basically a plastic hockey stick, without the scoopy bit at the end, that is weighted, even then, I couldn't do it.
